Cameron and Chase, what's gonna happen?

I think it's going to blow up. It looks to me - from the most recent episode - that Chase is more emotionally invested in this than Cameron is. His expression when Foreman told House he should be 'making out with Cameron' was definitely a look of outraged jealousy. And even in the beginning, he seemed kind of iffy on the idea of just sleeping together. So while the potential for romance is there on one side, I don't think Cameron would ever return those feelings. She's still hung up on House. I'll be interested to see where it goes.

I'm gonna go with "blow up in thier faces". These types of situations rarely end well. In real life or on TV. From what I have see....and especially given last weeks episode with Camerion kissing House....I think Chase will eventually want more. And Cameron, despite her annoying touchy-feelness with patients (Yeah, I'm not a huge fan of her character), she is emotionally unavailable for anyone...except House, becuase he is so damages. She is attracted to drama and trauma, and Chase doesn't really have much of that going for him. I think she's just using him to um..."scratch and itch." so to speak. I just hope their fling dosen't mess withthe dynamic of the group too much. It's this kinda thing that can really make a show "jump the shark".

WOOOOAAAH.... I have missed House Lately because of school. This cannot be good. It never works out ... and like someone else mentioned I am worried it will ruin the show. I need to get TIVO or something because apparently I'm missing a lot of important stuff.

I'm not really sure about this. I was reading the spoiler pages and they were talking about this relationship lasting for awhile but I don't really see it as a forever situation. Shes too much of a mother hen and he is kind of stuck on himself. Now don't get me wrong, I love Dr Chase. I think he is adorable and I love to hear him talk but I don't think the relationship will survive. I had heard that they were together off the show, then someone else posted that they were married. That suprised me.

They will eventually want more from each other and I think it will be Chase who pushes for more and Cameron will pull away. I'm glad they seem to be putting House and Cameron hooking up out of the picture. House needs to be with Cuddy and Wilson just needs to go away. Besides, Chase and Cameron are engaged in real life. That ought to be interesting.

I agree. Unless their off screen relationship rolls over to an on screen relationship rather than 'friends with benefits,' it's going to blow up in his face more than hers. Then she's probably going to realize she hurt him and that her feelings for him are deeper than she thought. It's hard to tell with her. She's getting the hot Aussie guy with no strings attached, but his strings are attached to her and it's like on the show she's trying to reassure him that they are just friends with benefits :)
