Wht Is yOur opinIon abOuT SuiCide???

Well I had someone I loved commit suicde while I was on the phone with them I was very depressed for along time and on medication he had asked me to come see him to talk right before he commited this act and for a long time I blamed myself for not going and seeing him when he asked but I came to the realization that even if i had left to go see him he would not have been alive when I got there weather that be the truth I will never know it always hurts when you lose someone you love but it hurts even more when you might have been able to prevent it I am not sure what people are thinking when they do that to themselves but I am pretty sure they are not thinking of the guilt they are leaving on the ones they are leaving behind I guess that is why some call it a selfish act. If you or someone you know is thinking about doing this then I would do everything in my power to try and get them help through family or theripts or even a hospital
