stop stop ! RAB is not regulus black at all. jk rowling when asked said its a fine guess but not quite. its a new character or a character we least suspect like someone who has another name. I'm pretty sure its impossible to know because jk rowling planned the whole series a decade ago.

It can be regulus black....can't guess 'cause Rowling may introduce another character.
