How do you keep track of your responses to comments

As a new user, I'e been pleased to receive a reply to a respnse to a comment in a disscussion. I've been able to keep track, as these are early days for me on this site. However is there a way of tracking these replies? as the dialogue is quite pleasing....and its also a nice way of making friends.

I find it very hard to keep track of my comments, i dont know how many people honestly do it either...I tried when i first joined this site but found it hard to do so.
