Stomache spasms

Does any one get stomache spasms? I do and it drives me insane. What can a person do for such a thing? Sometimes it triggers my colitis and that is just not cool at all. I take Klonipin as it is, but I just don't want to take anything else.

I used to get that a lot when I was younger , If I were at home I used a hot watter bottle ( and painkillers) and it always made me feel an awful lot better , A cuddle helps too (((((Cat )))))) xx

the heard of that. maybe it is someting you are eating that don't agree with you. have you ever thought about that. take some pepto bismo.
