Agitation- is a special rhythmic kind of wriggling... as do it all s0metimes... Tapping your pencils against your desk or moving your legs up and down repeatedly... PERSISTENT agitation is a sign of extreme emotion and confusion... If the person you are trying to help agitates constantly ask them to stop it, if they can, so that you can c0ncentrate... If they keept on agitating after after you ask them a few times, stop talking about the pr0blem{invite them for a quiet walk or s0mething}. This pers0n has somuch g0ing on "down deep" that they can't even talk with you as well ... And if all that emotion and c0nfusion did come up, it would definitely be way too much for you to handle friendship...
