GYM or Slimming Pills..??

I want to spend at least 2 hours in the gym everyday. But my job is so tiring that I could only make it maximum of three times a week. I cant do cardio evryday too because more than half an hour in the Transport or treadmill gets me tired. Im thinking of substituting slimming pills instead of that tiring gym sessions to burn calories so that fats may not accumulate. Should I? I also found out that I tend to eat more after my work out. Could you suggest me any low calorie and low carb diet?

just keep going to the gym. it is more healthy than taking a slimming pills. it makes your structure of your body better than taking slimming pills. three times a week is enough to keep your body slim and healthy. sometimes going to the gym everyday not always good to your body. coz your body needs time to relax too.

2hours is a bit too much. take it easy. it's alot better if you just work out daily at home by using work out videos or small equipment, just for 30-45mins. i have several work out at home videos and small equipments. aerobic steps and "twist&shape" equipment. both are really useful and does give me alot of sweat. if you're too tired to work out after work, try to work out before going to work.:) also, if you want an outdoor work-out, take half an hour walk or jog around the park near your area early morning before work.:) food... eat fish, veggies, fruits and drink alot of water.. avoid sweets and oily food. hope this helps. good luck!:)

There's no comparison between gym and slimming pills. Slimming pills can harm u, most of them side effects. If u r nt able to go to gym everyday, then u can do light exercize at home only. Its no big deal. U can also eat fruits in ur breakfast before leaving for office instead of ur regular food. That wud keep u fresh all day, give u enough energy to last one day, and wud also help not to gain weight. I practice these things myself, and thats y i m suggesting thm to u. All the best. Thats probally the worst thing you could do. DOnt give up the gym. However set reasonable goals for yourself. Instead of spending 2 hours each day, try spending just abt 45 mins to an hour. Since youare tired after work why not try to go before work. You will be more energitic as your adreniline starts flowing early in the morning. Since you feel hungry after your workout before eating, drink at least a liter of water to replace the water you have lost in the gym. YOu will find that this will dull your appitite. YOu could also drink soy milk - unflavoured as its a good source of proteins with minimal carbs. Soy milk is very good for a low carb diet. eat plenty of fresh fruits as well.
