The winner Ms. Licaros is really deserving. She got the beauty and brains. She can represent the Philippines well in the Ms. Universe pageant. Don't you think?

i didn't watch the pageant but i was able to catch the final question & answer portion on tv... i was impressed with Candidate #9 with her answer and how she answered the question, i told myself that she'll definitely win compared to the other candidates' answers...

me too. I was really impressed with her. She showed how confident she are through answering the question. You can tell she is smart just by seeing hoe she projects. I admire her for that. Her beauty really stuns the crowd. Simple yet elegant. Very Filipina.
