Is it right food we are taking

Now a days most of the people are taking junk and ready made or hotel food it causes so many health problems in long run. people must take care before ordering junk food. * never order animal fat food(Butter,Cheese, Ghee,any product animal related)like it gives heavy chol. Except meat that is also weekly not more than twice. * Never order deep fry foods useing oil repeatly on flame till its divert black, it gives bad cholrs. * Never take food which use black salt it is called junk food like poteto chips, any packed ready made fried or baked long life stuff. try to take fresh Veg fresh fruits which give more vitamins and fiber to your body it costs also very cheap. Take food timely, try to take food in every three hours have more water content with the food. *pls keep in mind less food gives always good health. be healthy be fresh by taking fresh veg,fruits.
