I dont think so you can judge just by listening his/her words, person may be true or may not be.You can judge any person after you know somebody better, I think may be this is a reason we generally tend to fall in love with people we meet quite often and spend more time or who is in touch a lot "I said in general not always". When she is good people who are proposing will treat her well initially but time and her judgement of her only can give her what kind of person she want. But in this case whoever proposing his eyes can tell how much he means thats what i can say "Eyes can never lie" but now its upto her whome she will judge right. words are easier said than done, saying i love you is different than proving it. i takes a lot of time before you realize if the person who said i love you mean it or not.

Well, you cant say that the person who says i love you to you, it doesnt mean he has the real feeling to you. In that age, teenagers are not that real when it comes to a relationship because they are not that mature enough. Some, are just passing affair that may lead to break up. Hi, the best way to judge if someone really loves you, is to see what they do when you have a problem. Is this person helpful and caring or does the person distant himself or herself from you? People who really love someone are there for them in good times and bad.
