how much time do you need to sleep??? i heard from my firend that he heard from hes friend that american smart people sleeps only 3 hours?? is it possible ???what do you thin a????

I ussually sleeps 6 hours days. I work 8-9 hours a day in the office and the rest of my free hours is dedicated to my daugthers and family and of course to mylot.
