ohhh my!!!! my friend said, "i can't seem to lose weight even though i have changed my diet and walk for half an hour a day. it's frustrating!!"...guys,any ideas for my dear friend?no to any form of surgical procedure please because she's scared of that.

maybe she already tried this but I'd sugest she cuts down on bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, wheat and sugar. My boyfriend lost 20 kg doing that for 6 monthes. He has kept the weight off. If nothing works I recomend she sees a doctor that specializes in nutrition. She might very well have a hormone imbalance that makes it extremely hard to loose weight without individualized help. good luck to you friend!

Reduce more fats and carbs, eat fruits and vegetables. Walking should be brisk walking and not like walking like a duck. She has to sweat. If half an hour is not enough, then increase to one hour until she sweats to burn the calories. The sleep should not be too long also. Discipline is necessary.
