Who would win in a fight, Superman or Batman??

I think Batman because although Superman can fly, Batman has a lot of neat little toys including the ultimate bat mobile. What do you think?

Superman would obviously win unless Batman cheated and used kryptonite. Superman has tons of powers and Batman is simply well trained and rich. None of his gadgets could stop Supermans laser vision or super strength, he would clearly win.
