It´s too lovely to end up in our stomach. Definately a good alternative to the usual chocolate bunny. And shredded coconut is so healthy apart from being delicious. Thanks for the link, Margie. I´ve bookmarked it.

It really is cute. I make cakes in shapes sometimes, but I usualy get the shaped pans. I really would like to make a shaped cake by my own design instead.

I am having a baby born (nephew) around easter and this would be a great cake to make for them. Thanks for the idea.

Ok, my granddaughter is getting this for dessert with Easter dinner. Only problem is her mom is going to have to bake it because I am not a baker. We have a bunny called cotton. She loves him but we can't let her pick him up because she is alittle rough with him.

That's really cute, I've made it before and it's really not difficult. I like this one better because it's easier to serve..lol It's one I learned to make in Home Economics in 6th grade...hehe I found directions so I'll post the link. You can use any cake mix you like...I use lemon cause it's like a good spring flavor..hehe http://www.crisco.com/scripts/display_recipe.asp?recipe_nbr=40397
