I have seen peoples continuing cellphone conversation when they are on public road specially when they are driving a bike or car(any other vehicle) many of them place the phone between their ears & shoulder which is even more risky when on drive. Is this going to be a new fashion..I don't know in other country but in India it often happens.

It is a bad and dangerous fashion, it has been proven that people are more prone to accidents when distracting them selfs when driving.

I believe it is already a big fad. I got a bluetooth for my phone for christmas just so I don't have to do that. It is very dangerous to be on phone when driving. My daughter is good one fordoing text messaging when on phone. I am sure they will out law it soon.

In the US they are trying to pass a law against it. Anyone caught talking on a cell while driving will be given a ticket. I don't really like that idea though honestly I use my cellphone a lot while I'm driving. I don't have any trouble at all. I've never been in a wreck and never ran a stop sign or anything illegal like that. I think some people can handle driving and talking on their cellphone at once but there are the dangerous ones out there. It is becoming a big trend though. I see almost every other person on a cellphone while I'm driving down the road.

In the U.S. it is either already a law or going to be a law that you cannot be on the cellphone while driving or you will get a ticket. Headsets are fine, but to occupy one hand to hold a cellphone up to your ear is quite distracting for drivers.
