Why are indian herbal brands not enlisted in ewg.org or safecosmtics.org?

there are many herbal brands of indian like sehnaz,lotus,biotique,nyle,him... etc. who claim that their products are safe. but then why are their name not enlsited in sites which have a lsit of safe cosmetics?like: http://www.ewg.org/reports/skindeep2/... http://www.safecosmetics.org/companies/s... that means these prodcuts are unsafe?
