"Thin" doesn't translate to "in shape". Measure your fitness level with these easy tests: ENDURANCE- Run up to flights of stairs. If you're not grasping by the end of it, then you're alright. FLEXIBILITY- To check your shoulders' and hamstrings' flexibility, someone asks "can you reach your back? your toes? STRENGTH- If you carry heavy bags of groceries to your car without much problems, then your good to go. Dancing can make your body fit because your whole body moves. You're enjoying and at the same time your exercising. How can you make yourself fit? what are the things you do to be fit?
