march...fire prevention month

this month is fire prevention month but what happens is that a lot of fire accidents happened lately. one of the worst fire accident is near our place where 1,000 plus houses where burned and 1 person died from it. its so sad that it happened because people nowadays are suffering more. one incident is when a mini van had an overheat and was burned infront of our building. most of my colleagues panicked and run away as far as they could from the site. situations like this could be avoided if we are extra careful all the time because we dont know what might happen.

Every year yes, March is a fire prevention month, people should be aware. I notice that even if is March already and we can feel the summer heat, it seems that here in our place somtimes felt cold, last week it rains. I notice it since i think its good that the weather is different and it help that its not really hot these days her in our place and i said it will help to prevent fire, because it will lessen heat that causes fire. I hope that every household should take precautinary measures in order to be prepared and check their houses before leaving.

It was rather ironic that on March 1st, the start of fire prevention month, 3 huge fires were reported on TV. One of them happened in our local market (this market was only inaugurated last Dec, 2006). There was no mention of how it started, but speculations are running high here in our town as to what caused it.
