Well aside from our native pinoy dishes, I also love chinese, mexican, indian, thai and italian cuisines. I've tasted most of their cuisines, and I think they also make very good dishes. For chinese, it's been a part of our culture and most of them we are already familiar of. For mexican, I like their spices which is kinda hot also. For indian cuisines, I like thier curry and chicken tandoori. For thais, their combination of sweet and spicy are really nicely done. And for italians, who can resist pasta and pizza?!:) I love them all because I'm also a food critic!;)

good for you that you have tasted already many of the different cuisines. so you can now differentiate if its japanese, chinese or mexican? i guess it nice to be a food critic and tasted different cuisines because food of different countries could also describe the people living in that country.

As I am Indian, I love indian cuisine first. Then chinese. Indian cuisine have its own taste. Fried and boiled both are involved so it is more tasty. One advantage is more with indian cuisines is that other countries recipe are also involved partly which make foods more delicious.
