Do Human Rights really exist in the world?

While many people are considered to have Human Rights, the majority of the world population are still deprived of such rights. So, do you think Human Rights really exist in the world?

I think Human rights only exist in countries where 1. you are a citizen 2. you have a good lifestyle and can afford a lawyer and 3 where religion does not rule the masses. This is only my opinion and I do not mean to offend anyone, but if you live in a third world country all the international laws in the world, and all the UN, unicef etc summits/meetings will not save you. We in the western world have 'rights' but its not a world wide phenonemon.
