Actually America does not get one drop of oil from Iraq. Read the statistics. The American oil interests in the Middle East are in Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries.

Constitutional right by the Constitution of which nation/country? Each nation has a Constitution or some form of a Constitution that should apply to the nation. Although the US constitution grants its president the right to use troops towards the interest of the US government - an agenda that's often different from that of the US nationals, such right should not extend past the borders of the US (and should never be honored by another nation, against the nation's wishes). And as per "what is Bush doing in Iraq?" Piracy US government is simply manifesting its customary national revenue generation strategies. The 2003 invasion of Iraq has been in the making long, long before 911/2001! The tragedies of 911/2001 was just an excuse for piracy US government to get rid of Iraqi president Saddam Hussein, former US collaborator and accomplice, who had gotten wiser and sought to actually manage his own national affairs!

Yes. He has the constitutional right as the President to use troops for something like 60 or 90 days and longer if approved by congress (which it was). So constitutionally, yes, he's perfectly within his limits...
