Here in Slovenia university fares are higher and higher every year. If you are younger than 26 and if you were good in highcshool, university is free, but every year is harder to find a free university where you can go, as almost on every university there are 3 to 10 times more candidates than free places. So only choise is to pay for "commercial" free places, but fares start at 2000€.I'm student on Computer and Informatics university, and i payed 2500€ for 1 year. And to make things worse, the goverment wants to cancel free university's now and make everyone pay for be able to study.

It's a sad story. If your government will cancel the free university much worst! I am also a student of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering and I'm in my fourth year now. I am also studying in a public university here in the Philippines. Though its not totally free but the amount we paid is very much less compare to private institution. I am a scholar and receiving a monthly living allowance from a scholarship program. I believe that its a right of individual to earn the right education, so we hope that the increase would stop and more colleges that offer free tuition and other fees.
