Health hazard of Magarine

Heard that margarine is no longer the rave it use to be. I am told it's just one step from plastic. Also it's more dangerous than pure butter! Originally made for fattening turkeys it killed the birds in the process. For reasons of recovering research cost it was colored,flavoured and vitaminised for human consumption.Anyone with more info on this?

i don't use alot of margerine or butter i use it for cooking so the food doesn't stick to the pan and thats it soi'm not to worried about my health when it comes to that
