What's the magic to getting more than 10 responses to your discussions? Apart starting a topic that is interesting is there any other thing i am suppose to do? I seem to have gotten stuck at the half way point. The highest number of responses i have ever gotten is 5.

To get discussions with lots of responses, you have to pick a topic which will intrigue most people and is something on which most people can be expected to have some sort of opinion. I start a lot of discussions about books, for example, and don't tend to get many responses to those. If you want responses, stick to things that most people online would know....gossip about celebrities, for example. You could also start polls, which usually just require short, mindless answers and are more likely to draw responses.

lets face reality people want to hear or read topics that really interests them and hit them in their inner core as a n indidividual. its the human experience topics from this stuff would really interest alot of people but the othe rthing is the timing of your posting, when onnly 4 is online when you post that topic tehn youll not get alot of discussions tahts what ive observed whatever it is im happy for the results also.

It's always a good idea to comment the responses you get. It keeps the discussion going, and help you get more responses to your discussion.
