How many of you are Kenny Chesney fans?

Okay, I am actually asking this for my daughter. She is absolutely in love with Kenny and so for a project for school she is trying to find out how many pople listen to his songs? Have you seen him in concert? What is your favorite song? I have several of the favorites so I can't say that I could pick just one.
Let us know if you think he is the #1 country artist of this day and age!! She sure does!!

i am defiantely a KC fan! I love 'old blue chair' i have never seen him in concert, but i always listen to his songs. he is not my fav singer, but he is good and has great songs

I love Kenny. Not only do I love his songs, I think he is pretty yummy.
I have yet to see in him concert though. :( Sadly, hopefully someday soon. I, like you, like almost all his songs a lot that I can't pick a very favorite. But for now I'll say Summertime!

I am a Kenny Chesney fan. He's a great country artist and I have his CD in my car. I listen to it quite often, and enjoy his upbeat music to get me going in the mornings, and to keep me motivated... I have not had the privledge of seeing him in concert yet, and I don't really have a favorite song, I like them all...

A girl after my own heart- I too love Kenny- He is my favorite singer. My daughter thinks I'm crazy-
Yep I've been to many of his concerts- He sure knows how to put on a show- I gladly pay the $60 ish it costs to get good seats-
I love most of his songs! I don't think I have a favorite- I own every cd-- I have them at work and at least once a week its Kenny all day- I just keep swapping cds.

I like Kenny Chesney, he's pretty hot! His music is great too. I have seen him in concert back in 2002, he's great live! He puts on a great show, you should really try to take your daughter to a show, it's great bonding time too. I also have several favorite songs..."Old Blue Chair", "Be As You Are", "You Had Me From Hello", and "Back Where I Come From", to name a few. I have to say he and Keith Urban are in a close race for the #1 spot in my book. I actually saw them both for the first time together in Atlanta, I even had a meet and greet with Keith Urban, it was amazing. I wish your daughter luck with her project.

Thank you for your response. My daughter is sure excited about getting all of these responses. She is going to do a school project about Kenny and include this info in it as a poll. She is home schooled so she can do this. Those are some of his best songs.
We may try to go to a concert this year. She just went to see Dirks Bentley and she said that it was a good one.

Well, I guess you can tell by my avatar that I'm a Kenny Fan!!! I've seen him in concert and he is awesome. The magnitude of his energy in person can not be described. I will tell you that I've seen a ton of concerts that are high energy like Metallica, Lenny Kravitz, Buck Cherry, etc. But NONE with the energy of one of his shows. He takes no breaks, and he doesn't stop til it's OVER. He likes to do different things with his openers and he likes to get close to the fans. When he comes out over the audience on a swing, he is brought out to the black box in between acts in what looks like a black body cooler so you can't see him (ie. don't know he's right there in the middle of 75,000 people..lol) And he is hidden and just listening to everyone scream for him to start his show. It must really get him pumped!!! He really does an amazing show. I love his music because he can make anyone feel like he knows exactly what they are feeling. My favorite song is probably Be As You Are or French Kissing Life. I love all of them though. Those two and You Save Me really speak to me though.

Your avatar is awesome! My daughter says she is jealous!! I think the main reason I like Kenny is because he is HOT and the energy that he promotes. It sounds as though his concerts are excellent. We will have to try to get to one this summer!
His songs seem to have real meaning to them. They aren't the lying,cheating,drinking songs that you hear alot of, but songs that you can have a discussion about . I like that! Also, you don't hear much bad publicity about him, which is a good role model for today's teens.

I have pretty much abandoned the country music scene since Garth Brooks retired. However, I do like artists such as Kenny Chesney. I have never seen him in concert though. I have not listened to him in a while, actually, so "How Forever Feels" is one of the few songs I recall by him though I have heard others and remember liking them.

I was just listening to Kenny Chesney on my drive to work this morning. He is my #1 country singer! I love the song about having "two bare feet on the dashboard, yellow arm on an old Ford, cheap shades and a tatoo and a yohoo rolling around on the floor board". I'm not sure what the name of the song is but it is great!!!

Your daughter has good taste. I am wild about Kenny Chesney! I first heard one of his songs while I was fooling around on Winamp one day. I have been hooked since then. He delivers the goods consistently. His videos are among the best I've seen. One other thing I discovered is that I really like Country Music. I know this is not usual for someone other than White people, but I grew up in Tennessee and back then there was not a lot of variety on the radio. So I guess I've just gone back to my roots.LOL

Thanks for responding to this. My daughter will appreciate it! There is nothing wrong with you going back to your roots. What part of Tennessee? I lived in Kingsport for awhile and I loved it! GO VOLS!!!!!
