Keeping track of friends on myLot?

I've made a few friends on my short time here as a mylotter, and I find it hard to keep track of their activity. The problem is that myLot's profile functions like 'Discussions user has replied to' don't really lead you to the exact post and therefor makes for a confusing search for a friend's post. How do you guys keep track of your mylot friend's activities?
