How dos mylot work?

You are very new here on myLot with 2 points, so WELCOME! I hope you spend many happy hours here. All the information you need you will find in the myLot guidelines but I'll let you know the basic ones here. You know how to post a discussion, because you've already posted this one. You can also respond to any other discussions. You get paid for one response and one comment in each discussion. You may not get paid for short responses. Try to post good, quality responses with at least four lines which answer or apply to the discussion. The earnings are updated every day. Your earnings won't show until after the first day. They do not update as you post, but your points do. You should return to your discussion, read all the responses and rate them and make comments on any you find helpful or you appreciate. You should rate all courteous responses which reply to your discussion with a "+" whether or not they agree with you. The "-" is only used for abusive responses or ones that use one or two words and say nothing. The "!" is used to report abuse such as copy and paste to myLot. After a while you should mark one response the "best response". As you reply to other people's discussions you can also rate the discussion and the responses. When you reach 100 points you will receive a star with a number in. This number will be between 1 and 10 and you can start with any number. The number shows the "myLot reputation rating". We don't know the exact formula used, but we know the QUALITY of responses and the RATINGS received definitely influence the rating.

yes you need to have a good length in your responses, well really it's better for you and your earnings and also your payments get updated every 24 hours like the rest of the mylot users, hope this helps. =)
