Can you pierce on top of a mole?

I do not think I would do this. Mole can change through the years and you have to be careful to have them checked if you see them change because they can become cancerous. I would never do anything to help something like this along. I was told by a doctor to never try to remove one yourself it could be harmful. I am talking about the ones that stick out. I have one on my neck . I always keep a close eye on it.
