Stretch mark on top of belly button piercing

I used to have my belly button pierced but as soon as I found out I was pregnant I took it out. Everything was ok up until my last month and that is when my skin started to stretch right where I had my piercing hole. Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do about it? Because of this I am now embarrassed to show off my stomach. Is there something I can use or do I have to go to some doctor to get it fixed?
