Have the charismatic gifts ceased?

No. In fact, the Holy Spirit is working His gifts and ministries in virtually every Christian denomination on the planet. There has been a renewal of the giftings, and it is beginning to work unity among churches that otherwise would not come together. The gifts of the Holy Spirit are available to all Christians to bring unity and power for witnessing in an ever darkening world.
