Help in finding vendors of Training CD-Photocopier trouble shooting /maintenance

Can any member help me find a vendor /service provider who can provide non technical - Do it urself style - literature which can help a non technical person understand how the photocopiers (only digital can be fine)work and are there any cds availabe which describe the process involved in this. I infact came across a source and even downloaded a trial version but found it to be exremely expensive and cannot afford such a huge investment. Any help shall be greatly valued.
