It has diet and fitness tools such as calorie counter, meal plans, fitness programs, exercise demos, experts answers, recipe builders and tips. It also has an online community with message boards, personal homepage, support teams and access to the webs largest healthy living community. There is also a daily feature. Nice post dear. I rated you another + for it. Yes, it is easier to do anything, diet, exercise and so forth, if we are not alone. Otherwise we need lots of will power and self motivation. Thanks for the link. Have a super day my friend.

I am not necessarily on a diet and I don't exercise at a gym because I literally work my @ss off. I am a health food freak though. I am totally into moderation when it comes to food, I drink an olympic sized swimming pool worth of water a day. And I am pretty much active from 6:00 am untill 6:00 pm or later. I do get pee breaks though.lol. I know that some days I could pack away as much food as a teenage boy, but I feel to bloated and lazy after. I really would rather eat 6 smaller meals a day and make healthy choices instead of junk food. I am in the best shape of my life. I often have to slow down when others are traiing behind me during chores. Ooops! I am 45 have had 5 children and I attribute my health to moderation in food and hard work. I will certainly check out this website to see if there are any yummy healthy meals and snacks.
