"Just a sound Proposal... and I Need your Supports...!"

Presently we are getting 25% commission from the individual performance of our direct referrals. We then make all our best to bring in more friends and other people here in Mylot, and has done our part to motivate each of them to become an active member, thereby encouraging them to do the same thing to their referrals... I am making this particular discussion to directly generate some reactions and comments from all of you, my fellow Mylot members. How would you like to "push and support" a proposal to our Mylot Mathematicians that they consider a; 20%, 02%, 01%, 01%, & 01% instead of 25% from direct referrals... In here, Mylot will be spending the same 25% commissions, and will surely inspire all of us to be more active members not only in posting quality responses but in referring more and more people to Mylot community as well. Although, this may sound ambitious proposal but I can see that it will benefit all of us including the Administration, and if I may say so it is a win win situation. All your reactions will be highly appreciated, either positive or the negative.
