Fast Food VS Traditional Food

Eating out has become the trend of the modern generation. This has led to many fast food outlets and traditional restaurants being opened in every nook and corner of the country. One of the main advantages of fast food is it suits the teenager's pocket. Besides, the lip smacking food served within a minute can save time. Moreover, the pop music played there adds more excitement while satiating one's hunger. Nevertheless, one can have the best date with less money. On the other hand, there are certain aspects of fast food, which can be unfavourable. A fast food restaurant is not a formal place for meeting and the service given is not upto the standard of the traditional restaurant. In addition, traditional food embodies the culture. Nevertheless, the time taken to prepare a dish in a traditional restaurant can enhance ones hunger. Neverthless, I would say that despite the many advantages of traditional food, I would certainly prefer the money and time saving fast food.

With the huge number of restaurants and fast food outlets now taking over the high streets and shopping areas, we are often spoilt for choice as to whether we go for traditional or fast food. In a lot of ways I prefer sitting down to a meal in a traditional restaurant, eating a nice meal, in good company, taking my time and enjoying a social atmosphere. However, sometimes you simply don't have time to do this, then the fast food option is there.

i should prefer the traditional food . . . the healthy type of living is out from any vices & eating a regular homemade nutritious meal daily with lots of vegetables ; fruits & nuts servings . low fat ,low carbohydrate , low calories & high protein , high fiber , high in omega-3 oil & lots of vitamin C . homemade preparations are cost saving though time constraining but you should spare a bit of time so that you can live a longer life span that you can healthily enjoy !
