Natural, Ayurvedic or Homeopathic Oral Treatment to cure Renal failure patient

Is there any alternate natural , homeopathic , ayurvedic ORAL treatment for a 57 years old lady suffering from chronic renal failure and is on haemodialysis for the last 22 years and has developed a gangerene on her foot.

im sorry but i dont think ne ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment will help this patient... shell hv to be on hemodialysis as its only treatment for chronic renal failure
