Word-of-mouth is fueling the latest weight loss craze, not to mention thousands of email spams. Hoodia has lots of hoopla, but little science. Experts familiar with it say hoodia tricks your brain into thinking you're full. But they acknowledge that published, scientific studies proving hoodia works long-term are sparse.

Yes, absolutely hoodia really does work to curve ones appetite. But when I was taking it...I was getting some really sharp pains in my stomach. Not hunger pains..but pains like cramping. They were very painful cramps. I think maybe the dosage I was taking to start out was too much. I am thinking of trying them again and just taking less than the recommended dosage. But if you are looking for something to curve your appetite hoodia does work. I just hope it doesn't cramp your stomach as it did mine.

everyone wants to know . i have personally read and heard testimonials from people saying that it does. eating the plant reportedly makes the hunger go away. people even say that do not even think about food, but all hoodia products are not the same and it may be necessary to compare hoodia ingredients before you buy. many companies may only use gordonias one ingredient in ther weightloss supplement and most of these have some form of natural stimulant. natural does not always mean safe and people who are sensitive to stimulants may want to avoid these products. what i think is that if u asked the manufacturers of the hoodia product this question their answer would probably be that results vary from person to person depending upon their diet and exercising routine. hoodia is having lots of hoopla and little science.experts familiar with it says that it tricks the brain into thinking that u are full.hoodia is not going to bring you back into shape .if u really wanna loose weight , the best thing u can do for your body is boost ur resting metabolism. and the no. one way to do that is to add some lean muscle mass to ur body by engaging urself in some cardio vascular exercises and strength training.
