COMELEC Building.... BURNED.. (?)

It took almost 3 hours for 80 fire fighters to cease the fire that burn the COMMISSION ON ELECTION Building in Manila, morning of March 10, 2007. (barely 2 months before the election period) Also burned are the boxes and ballots that are still under investigation due to the alleged manipulation of the Arroyo's Administration on the previous election results.. Any comments regarding this? I want to know what are the Filipinos thoughts about this.
