Uploading pictures in discussions

I've just uploaded a picture once in a discussion and wanted to upload again but I couldn't find that box below the response where you could upload a picture. Is it located somewhere else? Or is there a quicker way to do it?

you will be able to upload images with
responses after reaching 500 points on
this site . This restriction was added
here a few months ago .

This one's informative. But how come I have already uploaded one picture? Maybe it's like a freebie or something then when you reach 500 posts, you'll have that privelege again. But thanks for the info.

^ at present, you can upload a picture
while starting a new discussion .
As per the Mylot directives, we cannot
upload a picture with a response unless
we have reached 500 points .
if you were able to upload a picture with
a response then it should have been thru
a fault in Mylot system .
