Overactive bladder

I know this may be to much information; however, I think I might have an acute case of overactive bladder. Whenever I drink liquids, I have to go to the bathroom seconds later. I have to pee every 45 minutes to 2 hours. I wake up two to three times a night to go pee. I don't have any accidents or anything like that. It's just annoying.

Try drinking water about a 1/4cup every 15minutes instead of drinking an entire cup at one time. Take smaller amounts of liquids at a time. Stop drinking water or other liquids two hours prior to bed time. This should cut down on going to the restroom during sleeping hours. I hope this helps you.

Thank you very much for your advice. I'm already doing the stopping the drinking before I go to bed. I get real thirsty and I only have a sip sometimes (even a sip makes me have to go.) I can try the drinking every now and then thing.
