Do you like Male or Female to be your BOSS???

Right now, i have a female boss. She is a nice lady, but at times she can get on my nerves. She is a boss whom will throw you out to the open waters and let you learn how to float by yourself. And if she sees you drowning, she will then stretch her hands to help me. One thing, she dislikes me doing is that i don't admit my mistakes. Sometimes, those are not done by me, but she'll still insist that i'm in the wrong. What is your experiences with your boss???
