how i can put internet connection in my handheld pc?

i bought handheld pc but until now i can't use it because people in philippines doesn't know how to put internet connection on it. What things i can do about that? i am afraid that it can be useless if i can't put internet connection. i really need that handheld pc to have internet connection for my study in nursing. hope you can help me how i can use it. thanks and more power....
