Do we get paid for a discussion we starts?

Guys,does the mylot pay for a discussion you put in it?Suppose if noone responds to your discussion,then will you earn something?Personally I feel that Im not getting paid for my discussions even if Im getting responses for them..Do you get paid only by responding to others' discussions?someone please put in answers to these for the help of our new members including me...
