Weird food

While travelling in Asia, I've come across really weird types of food such as fried insects, half formed embryos in eggs that are boiled and insect cocoons with pupae in soup. Yikes, I don't really have the stomach for all these things. In fact the mere thought of it makes me feel queasy. Has anyone tried these 'exotic' food before? What was your experience like?

I think anywhere we can find food that doesnt really fit to our taste because to us it gross...like in France, they are serving you ESCARGOTS( snails),or CUISSES DE GRENOUILLES (frog legs), for me i cant eat those.

Oh yeah! We do have some pretty weird food in Asia. I grow up with them but I don't necessarily eat them. I've had bbq chicken intestines, I saw on TV that Thai or someplace serve snakes.
