How many hours can you spend on computer continuously? Almost everone is using computer in this modern world.I want to know the capacity of people to stick to PC.Whenever i use computer,i cant carry on it more than 3 hours.I feel headache.Is it with me only or there are other people having the same problem?I know there are peole also who can sit an entire day with PC,can they tell me their secret of using it for a long time without having any problem?

longest hours i can be on the PC for straight hours is 6. mostly, when i am chatting with my boyfriend during saturday and sunday. and during weekdays, up to 5 hours in mylot. yep. for sure, i feel like my eyes are in pain and my head is aching as well. so after those hours, i mostly try rest for an hour or so, sleep or take a nap.

usually, our eyes are the ones getting stressed and tired when being infront of the computer for many hours. and thus, causing headaches after sometime. better to rest the eyes first before getting back infront of the computer.

I face the same problem I can not sit in front of computer more than three hours and I am trying my level best to get used to sit in front of system. I don't know any secrets but haii sleep well every night and u can perform best.

I'm forced by my professional environment to work for at least 8 hours daily in front of my PC, being an IT Helpdesk. Apart from that, i get online from home a few more hours; i would estimate that i spend in front of PC roughly 12 hours daily. I do have headackes every now and then but they go away after a good sleep. I try to compensate by having a few minutes break every 2 hours (when @ work) and take long walks outside when i can (mostly when i return from my work).
I also try to travel in the middle of the nature and enjoy my time out, as often as i can, since i'm fully aware that it should be a balance between all aspect of our lives.

I can remain stick with computer mor than 4 hour.
