Children's stories that I don't like / myLot

Are there any children's stories that you don't like and don't want to tell your kids? I don't like Jack and the Beanstalk and Puss in the Boots. The former tells about stealing and the later tells about deception and telling lies. I don't want my children to think that it's ok to do those things that were done in the story.

Any stories that misleads children are not worth to be told. Stories about stealing and lieng without any morals whould be completely banned and must not be categorised as children stories. I dont like to tell harry potters story to my children as it lacks the inspiration of god.

I do so agree with you. As parents we should be careful what kind of stories we tell our children. There are considered classic stories that just doesn't teach good values that I do my best to avoid them and not telling my children about them.
