Why are you having those crisis in your life? Well it's because you've chosen something that you "think" is a viable option, "giving up". By giving up "giving up" you may find that your life can improve considerably.

For me there is a difference between giving up and accepting. I use the age-old "Serenity Prayer"
God grant me the serenity accept the things I cannot change
The courage to change the things I can
And the wisdom to know the difference.
