You do any type of work does not matter.If u do it with love & deep interest,attachment you definately will get high returns. Now a days due to automation & I.T development in all field the people prefer high returns in short efforts.Sometimes they achive quantity but looses better quality.so best policy is work as workship

most of the soul satisfying rewarding work doesn't exist anymore
I think living cheap in order to buy your own time back makes sense
Then when you find what you enjoy doing, if it pays $3 an hour so what, you get to do more of it.
