Do you wear a sunscreen or sunblock everyday?

Sun exposure is known to lead to premature aging. Wearing a sunblock or sunscree of at least SPF 15 can help block the sun's harmful rays. I wear a moisturizer that has an SPF 15 everyday, regardless of the weather. I also use an eye cream with SPF 15 as well, to protect the delicate area around my eyes. I think after I'm done with this moisturizer, I think I'll get one with a higher spf. Do you were a sunblock everyday or do you use a product with sunblock in it everyday? How high is your SPF?

If you can't stay out of the sun, use a sunscreen with a high protection factor (SPF 30+) during the peak of the summer season. Remember that the SPF figure is only a measure of the how much the sunlight is slowed down - stay out too long with ANY SPF level cream and you can still get too much sun. In practice, we don't know how quickly we burn, while factors such as sweat, water and application reduce sunscreen's effectiveness. So the better is avoid the sun's strongest rays between 11am to 3pm. Best of Luck and happy summers.

No, but instead of sunblock I do put on some lotion everyday...I only put sunblock when I go swimming at the beach.

Hey. I don't wear it everyday as I find it makes my skin greasy and it isn't necessary all year round where I live (North England) I try wear it everyday in summer though and check if there's a high sun danger everyday on an internet weather forecast. Also my foundation has an spf of 15.

yes I do, it's SPF 15 or 20 I can't remember. But nothing lower than that. I wear it in winter as well as summer. Where I live (Prairies in Canada) is very sunny all the time because there are no mountains here to block out the sun and the sky is so big and blue and sunny.

oh yes as i had freckles and got them removed via laser and dont want them again so i do apply sunblock spf 30 thrice(9-12-6) a day and everytime i go out and come back and wash my face, and it has no only given glow to my face but has taken off all the tanning and yes its non-greasy and water proof for sweaty days.

Yes, I do. It's very important to use sun block to protect one's skin as long term sun exposure can cause a lot of damage to skin. I apply it to all exposed areas of my skin. My favourite is Fancl's Limited Edition Sunguard. I think it's SPF 25. It's those crystal ones with beautiful shimmer that they sell only once a year. It's great for summer when I want to protect my skin while still showing it off in a shimmery light. Moreover it's not oily at all, doesn't dry my skin and dones not irritate my sensitive skin.

I wear a mineral makeup with SPF 15 everyday to help guard against skin damage and aging.
