Does it really matter, the age difference in Marriage?

Most people talk of the age difference in marriage, but i want to know whether the age difference should be considered in choosing a partner or love is the Ultimate? Let me hear your views on this experienced my Mylot community its important i know before...

My personal feelings are that age difference doesn't really matter unless it was a very big age difference. When I met my husband he was only 17 and I was 21. We got married four years later and we have now been happily married for 38 years. However, there is only a four year gap between us so it is not a great age difference.

I don't think age matters. Love is all you need to make a relationship work. However if one person is considerably more mature than the other then things may well not work out.

Love for the person is the ultimate consideration without love what kind of marriage would it be.
Age is just a number my hubby is 7 years older than me age doesn't matter if you truly love someone. I have seen loveless marriages and its not an option i would consider
