I think the people working in the field of police and other security services are very overweight,but they are healthy also.At certain age people are looking healthy and overweight.

It would depend on your definition of health.As an example,my cardiovascular system was in the top 10 % of all Canadians but for my height,my weight was too much.So without a definition,this answer will depend on the individuals beliefs.
